    Hi Friends,

    Atlast started little workouts
    Today early morning
    5 sets of pushups,crunches,lunges ,squats;bends & 50 jumping jacks...

    will continue this for this week...and next week will aim for 10 sets...anyone joining pls reply

    Hi All,

    Sorry for coming after so long.....
    Everyday I decide I will go for walk mnext morning......I try to sleep on time by 11pm so I can......but I don't get any sleep and end up sleeping by 3am or 2am.
    Then in the morning after sending kid to school.....get up at 6am.......kid goes at 7am.....I go off to sleep ant get up by 9 or 10. Hence walk goes for a toss....

    I need suggestions on how to sleep on time so I go for a walk at 7.

    I don't sleep in the afternoon.
    I don't like walking in the evening because am on medication am not supposed to go in direct sun......and post 6.30pm.....it's homework time......

    Pls help me with suggestion.....I want to start my walks...

    Good to c a few friends back...missed this thread...

    Priya Dear,,try to go for an evening walk...may be even u can walk with ur kid...he can cycle...and u can walk...try different options...or try Leslie walks...u dont need any time for it...may be at home...try downloading her videos..and do it every day...atleast 3 days a week

    Hi Dear
    1. Place ginger into a blender, cover with 1 1/2 cup water, and blend until ginger is thick and pasty. Strain and squeeze juice from ginger pulp into a 2-quart pitcher, squeezing ginger mixture as dry as possible.
    2. Stir lemon juice and sugar into ginger juice and add honey with luke warm water and drink empty stomach
