    Hi all
    Yesterday no walking coz of tiring day at work.

    20 jan-
    Bf- dosa, ginger chutney
    Lunch - guthi vankaya curry, rice
    Snack- dahi puri ( except puri everything homemade)
    Dinner- pulihora 1/4 cup, 1 jowar roti, leftover curry, dal, curd

    Steps- 13000 :)

    Hi everyone
    Early morning - 1 glass of coriander juice
    Breakfast - 1 cup upma with no oil
    Mid morning carrot juice
    Afternoon - one cup rice and dal , tomato soup
    Evening - green tea and vegetable salad
    Dinner - 2 Roti's and whole moth gram curry..
    And coriander juice

    Workout: 3 miles of walk
    20mins of jog
    288 jumping jacks...

    Bf- rawa dosa
    Snack- strawberry, almonds, dates, walnuts
    Lunch- paneer bhurji, rice
    Snack- lobia bean salad, wheat crackers, 1 wheat cookie
    Dinner- rice, pappu chutney, broad beans curry, curd, ghee
    Water- 6 glasses
    Steps- 12500
