Buddies Required!!! Lose A Kg A Month- 2017

    Mon - upper body floor workouts-30 mins
    Tue- 20 mins ab, 10 min feet/leg/ lowerbody
    Wed- upper body 30 mins - floor workout
    Thu- 20 mins ab work
    Fri- 30 min walk
    Sat-?
    Sun-?


    Challenges:
    Clean eating- still working on...Adding tiny bits of junk , glad it's not binge eating.

    Moderate exercise- done

    Stress under control- feeling relaxed, but going through lots of pain...Working on it.

    Great going .Do you follow any specific videos or pattern for floor work outs . Any tips would help : )

    I can't do intense exercises...But I manage with fitness blender workouts, you tube - Psyche Truth exercises, modern mom hips and abs, Lumowell walks / exercises/LS walks.

    Sometimes, I do yoga on my own.
    Or just walk around the house...Or outdoors.

    1 small cup basmati rice with dal, 2 tablespoons brown rice with curry for lunch.

    2 tablespoons noodles in the evening for snack.

    2 chapatis with beans + snake gourd curry. 1 tablespoon brown rice with buttermilk gravy.

    3 bouborn biscuits for snack. 3 pieces of dibs.

    achieved 10000 steps - Log Jan 20th.

    Water - 2 litres

    midnight - 1 spoon sugar with a glass of water.

    slept - roughly 6 hrs 45 minutes. Was awake for almost 2.5 hours midnight.

    Good going ladies!!

    This week hasnt been that good for me . Had knee pain while exercise so stopped for this week.
    Food has been good some days but played hooky on some . Glaring breaks were the 2 vadais which was prasadam at past 10 pm, gulab jamuns at a friend's place and handful of twister fries yesterday evening.
    On the positive side, managed to do 1 hr Pilates and 1 hour of stretch. Clocked 76K+ steps this week. And overall dinner has been pretty decent and by 7.30 pm

    Looking to a more disciplined week

    I think I had a good week food-wise. I was able to cook for myself and take care of myself. Only one celebratory meal took the daily cals over the limit but otherwise it was a great week.

    I couldn't work out at all except for a long run today. This is something I'm looking into next week because I have only two more weeks for a 15k and I'm seriously contemplating a half in may!

    Week end - sat- 30 min elliptical, Sunday - rest day.
    So, last week- 6 days of workout done.

    Mon- Jan 23- elliptical 30 mins, rowing 10 mins.
    Food- Junk day. Going thru Emotional Bumps...
    Waiting for PMS to subside... Felt gud after returning from gym.

    Let tomorrow be a great day with clean eating.
