Weight Loss Diet

    How about adding weight loss supplements. I have heard about many weight loss supplements like green coffee extract gummies.

    I am a nutritionist and a fitness trainer.
    Most weight loss supplements are just marketing gimmicks, and work only around 5% of what is promised. Some of them even would have mentioned that you need to be on a clean diet,, workout everyday and be active to lose weight while consuming that product. IF you follow those, you will lose weight even without any of the weight loss supplements.
    Moreover many supplements have unregulated chemicals that will damage liver and kidney.
    The only safe to lose weight is to eat clean and to workout and be active.

    Those don't work. Only green tea works nt green coffee. Green tea u need to drink atleast 3cups. Early morning, eve n at night

    You should go for red rice and not brown rice. Brown rice has more arsenic and is much more tough to digest as well. Red rice is not fully polished, though white rice which is single polished is very good. Having green tea and coffee extracts wont really make much difference. TRy sesame seed ladoos and amaranth to strengthen bones
