Q1. The first image in top row - take at face value of what it is obviously showing or go deeper? Added later: Got it...
If everyone is done with this puzzle, I will post my answer tomorrow evening ET. Please let me know if anyone is still working on it.
As I have not received any response, I assume everyone is done with the puzzle # 7702. The answer to the puzzle is "Operation Thunderbolt" The movie "90 minutes at Entebbe" was very famous and as @Gauri03 pointed out, there was a TV movie made with this theme as well. Here are the answers: Image #1: A person being operated upon in an Operation Theater to indicate the word "Operation" Image #7: A poster of Jackie Chan's movie in Hong Kong called "Thunderbolt to indicate the balance of the answer Image #2: The famous airport terminal now being used as military base by Uganda at Entebbe Image # 3: A photograph of unit commander Lt. Col. Yonathan Netanyahu, older brother of Benjamin Netanyahu, the current PM of Israel Image # 4: The whole Operation took 90 minutes to complete and this poster of "90 minutes in heaven" indicate 90 minutes of operation Image # 5: A lady smoking weed is known as "Ent" in a slang language Image #6: Receding wave is known as "Ebbe" in German and therefore to indicate the place where the operation took place, image #5 plus #6 is "Ent+ebbe=Entebbe". Mosad was instrumental in steering this operation on behalf of the elite military force from Israel that raided Entebbe flying all the way from Israel while the Israeli government was negotiating the release from the Ugandan President Idi Amin. Who and what do the images refer to? Rows 1 and 2 answer the who and row 3 answers the what. Some images might contain red herrings. Don't fall for the obvious. Oh, and do keep a dictionary handy! : )
This is not a clue ( I need to sleep on the puzzle!).. but I googled words related to the top row and burst out laughing. Didn't realize something obvious until google told me. The something might or might not be relevant to the puzzle.
