Week By Week Changes To Lose Weight

    Would like to be a part of this group . I have 25 pounds to lose .
    Bf - 4 idly and a banana
    Lunch - half a cup basmati rice with chole curry
    Snacking on 4 chocolates so far . Go to stop .

    This weeks status till today
    1. Walk and suryanamaskars from Wednesday onwards - walked on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. SNs on wed only.
    2. No roti/rice/bread or sweets after 5pm - followed except for Wednesday.
    3. Finish dinner by 7pm - followed except for Wednesday- had party at my home.
    4. Salad and fruit daily - yes
    5. Herbal tea before bed without sugar - Monday n Tuesday
    6. Most imp - eat only when hungry - yes
    All the best everyone.

    HI everyone
    I'm back
    Today no walk in the morning
    Received few compliments from relatives about my weight less.
    So want to move forward with more dedication
    Will walk in the evening
    No white rice and no sweets.
    Will update full diet and workout from tomorrow

    Hi Ladies ,
    All of you are going great. Diet is going on well now a days which is changed to 1600 calories. Some cardio and strength training workouts as well. Will be checking weight by next week,as I don't want to stress out with weight on the scales now.

    Morning warm water with lemon and honey
    Breakfast 2 idly with chutney
    Midmeal snack orange
    Lunch 2 roti with curry
    Evening snack guava
    Dinner 2 roti with curry and a glass of butter milk.
    Exercise: morning walk: 45 mins
    Evening walk:45 mins
