    poha upma with curd
    pomegranate
    curdrice+keeraikootu+beans carrot porriyal
    coffee + one murukku
    dosa - 3 with idly podi
    milk

    still i didn't add sprouts.
    Today my day is feel good.
    engage myself.

    Coffee + one mutually
    Dosa 4 with tomato chutney

    Generally during pregnancy we shouldn't take more caffeine. One coffee is good. I am a coffee addict but I can't avoid my Mrg coffee as I wake up early. Remaining day, I make juice with milk and night only milk.
    Are going for walk @Alyssum ???? Are you active throughout the day. Doing household chores, cooking n cleaning is also exercise but also little bit walking also help us to be active.

    I will try to reduce caffeine intake.
    I'm not go walk.
    I need complete rest as per my health condition.
    I'm not active.
    That's why, my weight is increasing.

    Today's food list

    Water
    Coffee
    Does 3 with chutney
    Rasam, curd rice with vendakkai porriyal
    One muruku and sweet 1
    Tea
    Dosa 3 with idly podi

    Only in the darkness can you see the stars.
