    19 october - 50 minutes abs, glutes, thighs
    20 th - 2 hours strength lower body, biceps and triceps, 1 hour HIIT workout.

    21 - 50 strength - glute, thigh, upper back
    22,23 - greasy and carbsy diet...
    24 - 1 hour HIIT, 50 min strength glute,abs
    25 - 50 min glutes, abs, 1 hour HIIT on cycle(stationary bike at gym)
    26 - i usually stick to squats and lunges in different variations and weights for thighs and glutes. i read a health article and wanted to shock the muscles by cycling which i've never done before. bad idea for my body... painful seat and knees. i mean not a good post workout soreness. it feels like injury :( no workout today...

    Did 30min elliptical

    Had to shift flower pots from front to backyard ...i have 20+ pots so got strength training on both days
