Which Is Better ?

Hi,

My RE said frozen transfer yields better results because our body if free of all the hormonal injections we take. I have just started IVF. and RE said egg retrieval and ET will be in different months. After egg retrieval, embryos will be frozen after 5 days, and I would wait for my period to show up. Only in the next cycle will I have the ET. She says this way, our uterine is free of all the after effects of the IVF medications. The only problem I could think of in FET is how many of those frozen embryos could be thawed successfully. Anyway, I am not even at that point yet. All the best to you. Hope others would be able to give you helpful replies.

iam lakshmi went thru 1st iui last month
15dpiui bhcg is 15.2 and 2 days after it is 9
we did natural iui but our RE prescribed progestrone oral 200 mg 2 times aday till 15dpiui and added vaginal progestrone and oral estrogen
now that my bhcg level is dropping she wants me to discontinue those meds and have to wait for periods
any idea much much my cycle is messed up with these supplements

i havent shared any of my ttc journey or iui with anyone (friends or family)
so have no one to talk abt it now
DH is the only one but i know wht he might be going thru even though he has been trying to be normal with me
thing is that if i might have got bfn then thats a little ok
but havin g heard positive news now agian this is devastating
