Thoughts, speech and actions are three powerful tools we have in our custody. As long as we use them to execute our Will (Sankalpa) for the common good of every being, the result will be positive. Midnight Sleep(less) Confessions. Blame Rih ji, I'm touched by her 'gift'. Patience she suggests and some introspection. I like to keep my thoughts private, but a vague entry would make no sense, pointless too. So briefly... I don't open up easy (here the anonymity helps I think). Over the years, I have managed to shut down access, closing down myself, to my closer ones too. Uncontrollable anger or an indecipherable silence, my choice of expression anytime. With help, inspiration and pointers, I see now, I understand how much I have hurt, can hurt, being so. Admittance of our issues and to own them, is a good start to fix oneself, I hear. Positivity : There am, Yes I do. One step at a time, "Patience" of course! Nice to know the same people who cared, Still care the same for me. I feel lucky and loved.
Bought some Halloween candy; Positive: had some already. Also, bought a nice girly inspirational wall calendar for 2017. Came with flowery post-it's, and cute note-paper. 2016 was good, is being good. But, I am ready for the new year too.
Watched a movie yesterday night online. It's been an embarrassingly long time since I watched a movie!
