    Everyone is having fever and cold in home so can't take any fruits as of now.
    Diet is same
    No workout .

    I am starting my journey again after indulging myself into the festival sweets and snacks!

    Starting weight: 76.5kgs
    Target weight (By end of this week): 76/75 kgs

    Planning to reduce 0.5 to 1 kilo this week. Hoping to be regular in posting here!!

    Hello everyone,

    I am Trying to reduce my weight.

    My height is 5'.3" weight 60kg.in last 3-6 month my weight increased sply in thighs and belly..previously i was having flat tummy but dont knw how i gained :(

    i want to reduce through diet..plz help

    yesterday diet chart

    morning 8 o cl: 1 cup milk
    9:30 am: 1 cup poha
    11:30am: one cup tea
    afternoon lunch : 1 chapati , rice
    evening 2 chakli and 1 cup milk
    night 1 chapati and 1 cup milk

    water 2 lit..no work out

    Today
    morning 8 o cl: 1 cup milk
    9:30 am: Upma
    11:30am: one cup tea
    afternoon lunch : 1 chapati , rice

    I am thinking to include everything in a slow pace and stick on to it until I begin with the next new item ... Which includes - my workouts/portion control..

    Because I feel that I start with everything and end up cutting off everything completely after I reach a saturation point.. So this time I have decided to take it in a slow and steady pace, but with complete determination!!

    Now that I am qute comfortable with including walking (briskly) in my routine, I will begin with gym workouts only on weekends, starting from this weekend! I dont find time to visit gym daily, so I will include it during the weekends, so that I also dont feel my workout routine to be boring with time!!

    And once I am comfortable with gymming and walking together, then I will include Yoga - Suryanamaskars and a few toning exercises from my favo LW app!!!

    I wish myself - All the Best!!! And want many ladies to join me, like everytime and motivate each other.. All the Best ladies!!!!
