Help Me To Loose Weight

    hello everyone
    I am trying to looseweight for the last atleast 1 year, but the maximum i have lost is just 1kg. About me..i am a big time foodie,,loves chocolates,,find it difficult to survive with salads. i try to take detox every morning , but after a week i am in square one. HELPPP

    Drink 2 glasses of water first thing in the morning.
    After every meal drink a bit hot water sip by sip.
    Exercise..walk..or jog at least 4 days a week.
    It helped me in reducing 1.2 kgs approximately per month..

    Hai, I am new here and very much in same condition. I am a homemaker, love food a lot. And keep failing in every attempt to lose weight.

    Only problem is food intake. Making schedules, food charts doesn't work for me. Too depressed sometimes.

    But when I think a lot about it, I feel it is very simple.

    Just calculate 100 grams weightloss per day. Then in 30 days, we can lose 3 KGS. In 100 days months, 10 KGS.

    And definitely short cuts doesn't work. So we have to start somewhere.

    Everyday is new. Make 6 changes this week.
    1.buttermilk after every meal.
    2.Eating slowly with a desert spoon.
    3.Include a carrot and cucumber in lunch.
    4.Soup at least once a day.
    5.Dinner before 7 pm.
    6. Light exercise for 20 mins.
    Picture speaks thousand words. Do post pics of what u eat. I would love to post mine from tomorrow. We can support each other and succeed.

    My details:
    Mom of 2 kids.
    68 kgs
    160 CMS.
    Target: 60 kgs in next 100 days.
    Hope I will try to follow with you girls. What say?

    Hai, why no reply friends. Np, I am using Rizi thread for my pics and post.
    Day 1 went successfully....
    Wake up: Coffee
    Break fast: apple spinach smoothie
    10:30- grape smoothie
    12:30- sauté vegetables with spices
    4:00-1 pear, coffee
    7:00- 1 capsicum bhaji, sauté vegetables
    8:00-1 glass buttermilk.

    Water 2 Lts, walk -2 km with baby stroller. As I am new to this site, searching how to add pics to a post.

    Waiting for other friends to post pics.

    Start slow..
    Eat whatever you are eating and no need to give up on your likes:)

    But..
    For e.g. If you eat 2 chocolates,eat one
    Secondly,reduce some rice from the usual portion of rice you take.take 1 percent or two percent instead of whole milk.

    Start doing some exercise you like be it walking or dance and stick to it atleast three times a week
    You will start to notice a weight loss

    Start with this and tell me how you are after a month.if you want msg me later and will give you tips for he next phase

    Hai, seems like everyone is busy on weekends. My day 2 and day3 went perfectly as planned.
    Day2
    Coffee
    8:30-Banana smoothie
    10:30-3 oranges
    11:30-banana smoothie
    12:30- eggplant curry
    3:30- coffee
    6:00- cauliflower curry
    7:00- cucumber

    Day 3
    Coffee
    9:30-4 eggs
    11:30- cucumber, cheese
    12:30-eggplant curry
    4:00- coffee
    6:30- cabbage curry
    8:00- cucumber

    Started simple exercise and weight lifting today.
    Hope some replies from tomorrow.
