    Hi All,

    Great to see Lakshmi, SHSK & Kavitha following the diet!

    After a long break I have started again, afresh! Today I did walking for 30 mins and I ll update my today's log tmrw..

    Hi Lakshmi, dhivya, SHSK,

    Today I did 12 surya namaskars and some stomach exercise. Yesterday I walked for about 45 minutes.

    Diet is normal.

    Since I am feeding my child not cutting on carbohydrates.

    I checked my weight 64.6 kg.

    Let us see...

    im new to this IL.im glad to see the weight lossing group.I would like to join the group .
    im also thinking to loss the weight.
    current weight is 72 kg.
    target weight is 60kgs.

    plz plz motivate me frnds....
    tomorrow onwards i will srtat the walking... :)

    lunch: paneer sandwich & avacado milkshake
