    i lost 2 inches around the hip but still looks wider because upper body and waist become narrower while i work on reducing lower body. but the extra effort for the thighs and glutes make them look more toned and unique... i think i'll settle for this look by keeping up the same. i wanted that skinny athletic look but no matter how much i work the upper-lower body proportion remains same and the wide hip bone is never going to allow me to achieve that.

    22nd : 2 hours strength work on thighs, glutes, upper back, chest, triceps (last 20 min stretching).

    LEARN TO LOVE YOUR BODY IF u feel things can't be changed .but don't stop trying .We all have some limitations ..no one is born perfect ..
