    Losing weight is good . but it should be done in systemactic manner . Hope your are with good instructor and on diet . All the best.

    Hi Dhivya, SHSK, Maha and Lakshmi and whoever already in this mission.

    I would like to join with you all !!!!!

    I have completed my second child birth on Jan and now trying to be fit before her next bday.

    I need not say about tummy, after 2 C-section its obvious.

    I always do a lot of browsing in net and analyzing things.

    Current things which I follow.

    1. as soon as I woke up drink a glass of honey warm water (sometimes I add lemon based on availability)
    2. have 4 badam
    3. regular tiffin
    as I go office lunch Is always in minimum quantity. Snack on Oats kanji in the middle, 4 dates and one piece of dried fig.
    4. Coffee in the morning at office and tea in the evening at home.

    Evening I walk from office for 30-45 minutes
    and then dinner by 9.

    go to bed by 10.30....

    from today I have started excercising for 10 minutes in the morning.

    20 squats
    5 planks (10 seconds each)
    10 crunches
    surya namaskar - 3times
    some random stretches and exercise too

    My aim is not to lose weight but to fit in M and S size clothes the sooner with toned tummy :)-) konjam overana aim thaan)


    I will update in this forum daily and lets all discuss things..

    Tips: I heard that drinking infused water helps in weight loss. Recipes can be found in net. its simple like cut lemon, cucumber, some pudina leaves soak everything in a jug of water. keep it in fridge overnight. Drink the water next day.............
