    Here are 5 Nutritional food recipe :

    1. Chilled Cucumber Soup:- A soup that's perfect for the summers! Enjoy the freshness of cucumber and yoghurt. For some crunch, top with Parmesan coated croutons.

    2. Open Beetroot Sandwich:-
    An open sandwich loaded with the goodness of beetroot and sautéed mushrooms.

    3. Carrot and Cashew Coleslaw:- Serve as a sandwich spread or a dip, this easy recipe does the trick. You will love the crunch of carrots and cashews.

    Guilt Free Watermelon and Feta Cheese Salad:- The perfect summer salad of melon and feta cheese topped with tossed in balsamic vinegar, mint leaves.

    5. Cucumber, Black Olive and Mint Salad:-
    A chunky salad of cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and peppery mint leaves drizzled with a sauce made of black olives.

    6. Sprouts Chaat:-
    Kidney beans, moong dal and black channa are sprouted and tossed along with diced onions,paneer, tomatoes, green chillies and a host of spices. Skip boiled soybeans for a no-cook version.

    One dry snacks and 5 min is enough to make from my side

    1. Take a bowl of puffed rice(murmura), put it in pan and just roast it littte bit, keep it aside.
    2. Take a bowl of mixture what ever available is house(Alu Bhujia, Bhujia Sev, all in one, any sev)
    3. Cut onions and tomatoes in small pieces. 1/2 bowl. Green Chille if kids eat otherwise not required.
    4. Mix all the items in a big bowl add 2 spoon of tomato sauce sprinkle chat powder and salt to taste.

    easy homemade crunchy bhel is ready.

    Hi all, some amazing mouthwatering recipes here today. Here's my share of a recipe I read over the internet and tried myself. Tasty and crunchy.

    Pudina Babycorn: Ingredients:
    For The Green Chutney (all ingredients to be blended well to a smooth paste using very little water)
    1 cup chopped mint leaves
    1/2 cup choppec coriander
    1/4 cup sliced onions
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp sugar
    2 to 3 green chillies roughly chopped
    salt to taste

    Other Ingredients
    2 cups baby corn cut into 2 vertically
    2 tsp melted butter or oil as is preferred
    1 1/2 tsp cornflour
    1/4 tsp salt to taste

    Boil the babycorn in salted water till they become soft and are cooked. Combine the baby corn with the prepared chutney in a bowl, toss well and keep aside for 10 minutes. Heat the butter/oil in a broad nonstick pan, add the marinated baby corn and saute on a medium flame for about a minute. Add the cornflour, salt and saute on a medium flame for another 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot with onions.
