    Week #3 challenge was not quite successful :( Had gained 0.6 kilos... Not so good.. So without losing focus or determination, here i am again in week #4!!

    Kid is better now...
    I am totally off track...Chocolates @ home are making me crazy... Will dispatch all of them soon.. so that i can try to reduce my growing tummy...
    My overall diet is going ok but the sweet things are spoiling everything...
    27th sept

    2 roti, small bowl rice, dal, 1 papad, curd
    chocolates
    1 roti + mix veg

    No workout

    My starting weight on

    Sep 5 : 77.6 kgs
    Sep 12 : 77.6 kgs
    Sep 19 : 75.8 kgs
    Sep 26 : 76.4 kgs

    Not a very dramatic loss, but still a little loss for a start! Guess, I should be motivated!!! I had planned for 2 kilos loss every month, but i think i should do some workouts also along with dieting to achieve that.

    I was not in a right (read: good) frame of mind for a while; hence did not do anything regarding my weight. Hopefully I will join you soon :)

    Its my sis bday today :) I gifted her a kada set with white big chunky kundan stones :):)

    morning : 1 cup milk
    bf : 2 dosas & coffee
    lunch : 1 cup corn pulav & buttermilk
    eve : tea & 2 biscuits
    late eve : few chips and a piece of cake, samosa (bday!! cant avoid)
    dinner : 1/2 cup rice & 4 paddus

    water : 3litres
    walking : 30 mins
    stairs : done
