On what day of stimulation are u on ?
Which day of cycle ?

What @Vasumathy meant is that ur follicles r still growing and when it reaches 1.8, u shall b given trigger to help u ovulate.
Pick up is done usually 36hrs post hCG trigger.
Do not stress so much.
It will affect the growth and the affect of the medicines.
Keep faith in God and just keep taking the medicines.
Go for walks and keep urself engaged with some activity

Injections and dose , no of days of injections all depend upon the pattern of growth of the follicles.
With an AMH of more than 3, I think u should have had more number of follicles.
Is this a minimal stim IVF?
If u don't mind , could u share ur medicines details.

Previous 2 IVF.. What was the reason of failure ?

I think these r high doses .. So it is aggressive stimulation.
