    Hi ladies,

I would like to join too...i managed my diet well and lost 10 kgs last year...felt so light and healthy but now after a miscarriage and lot of depression i'm not eating well and moreover when i eat i've started eating a lot of unhealthy stuffs. I would like to get back to where i was atleast. Im overweight at 85...so want to go back to 75 at least to start with...

I lost a lot of weight by just avoiding rice completely. Try to reduce intake of milk as well...curd is fine...not sure if it will help but you can give it a try. I've heard pcod symptoms increase with consumption of milk. I also had oats with one banana n milk every night and that's the best diet for me because i was losing weight everyday slowly which kept me highly motivated. Just follow this for one week to see if it works for you. It might be boring to have the same food every night but the results will not let u stop☺️

Welcome to the club @Dreambaby and @soujanya825 :)

@soujanya825, I will tell you how I started diet and exercise. I am basically a very lazy girl . So to motivate me to get up early and go for walk , I pasted a big poster of a cute baby right in front of my bed. So I have to see the baby every day when I wake up. This has seriously been a very big motivation for me to fight PCOD.

    Hi soujanya....
    Welcome :)
Make a short term goal and try to achieve that...Like avoiding fast food, fried food, sugary foods, cakes, etc.,I guess u know the fatty foods...
Then Morning try to drink honey, lemon in luke warm water regularly.. It not only reduces fat it is an anti ageing ingredients...
Reduce the rice intake and move to wheat, Ragi, Oats and millet varieties...
Try to take plenty of fruits and Vegetables...
Don't make urself starve bcoz initially while dieting u will starve like hell...eat in 5 to 6 intervals..
So keep like almonds, walnuts, apricot in hand all the time...
Last but not least WATER... Drink a lot...
    Keep track ur food intakes..
    Stay healthy :)
    Tc:)

    Hi,
I also would like to join in...
Though I have reduced taking rice/sugar, I can't see much difference in the weight as I am not regular with exercise part. PCOS really makes it a bit difficult to reduce weight.

    To IL's,

--- I have a doubt like over doing exercise will change d hormone levels or what ?
--- Is thyroid may affect fertility ?
