    Hai meepre,

I made the salt dough by adding 1 cup salt, 1 cup maida and 1 cup of water. Add salt and maida. Then gradually add the water and make the dough, like we prepare the chapathi dough. I made some ornaments with cookie cutters.

If you want to speed up the drying process, you can bake your ornaments in oven for 100 degree Celsius for about 3 hours.

But, i sun dried them until they became firm.

I tried putting them in microwave oven for 4 minutes. First I put it in microwave for 2 minutes. took it out. Allowed it to cool completely. Then again for 2 more minutes. Allowed it to cool. This is the easy and quick way of drying your salt dough ornaments.

For the recipe, I followed theimaginationtree dot com website.

    Hope this information helps you.

Will soon upload the pics of the ornaments I made.
