    Also some Ab workouts 15 reps each of lower and upper abs.

    SEPT 2: This evening did a Burn body fat 2 miles session.Used 1 kg dumbbells for the walking indoors workout.
    Then,40 reps-upper abs
    30 reps each of obliques,lower abs.
