    Midmorn: Watermelon juice
    Lunch: 1 Cup Rice, Rasam, Veg Stir fry
    Eve: Coffee + Veg Cutlet
    Dinner:2 Roti ,Veg Stew

    Exercise: 2 km walk

    :sob: Weight loss only 0.2 lbs. My weight now is at 182.9 lbs.

    Hi all,

    As I mentioned yesterday, I was busy and forgot to weight in Monday morning. So weighed in today (Tuesday morning), and i had lost only 0.2 lbs. Sigh!

    Here is a summary of my weight from the beginning:

    Aug 1, 2016 (Starting Weight): 188.0 lbs
    Aug 8, 2016: 186.4 lbs
    Aug 15, 2016: 184.3 lbs
    Aug 22, 2016: 183.1 lbs
    Aug 30, 2016: 182.9 lbs

    Hoping and working towards a better upcoming week.

    Bf: 3 idlys & chutney & 1 cup milk
    mid: 2 small bananas
    L: 3/4 cup of rice & garlic rasam & Brinjal curry & coconut thogaiyal
    Eve: tea & pav bhaji(Not so junky but still will try to avoid going on!)
    Late eve : 2 bananas
    Dinner: Poha & 2 small vada pavs (not good!)

    Water: 3 litres
    Walking : 30 mins
    Stair climbing: 10 mins

    Thank you for the motivation. See..I was whining about the 0.2 lbs only weight loss for last week and lost sight of the larger gain of 6 lbs over the month! Thank you for pointing it out. It definitely is boosting my confidence when you start seeing it like that! Thank you again! :thumbup:

    I should say I am definitely more conscious of what I am eating now than I was before. I make sure to eat very slowly and chew food nicely. That was one of my problems earlier, I would eat so fast that before my mind registers that my stomach is full, I would be way overstuffed. I eat normally through the entire day, only with dinner I am super careful, since after a full day's work I tend to overeat and go straight to bed (and hence accumulate too much fat)! The fact that I do my walks in the evening also helps me remember to stay conscious of what I am eating of dinner.
