    I did Pranayam.Also avoiding carbs for dinner.
    But my daughter made so many Gulab jamuns for Rakhabandhan.....:eek::(

    I have started drinking hot water when I have any cravings to eat junk food. Typically at close to one and half glasses, i feel so full that I don't at all want to eat anything! The fullness lasts for atleast one to one to one and half hrs for me.

    Nowadays i am able to find good difference in my weight n shape.. tummy has reduced.. feeling very happy for that.. :banana:
    Nowadays doing 12 sets of surya namaskar with 20-30 mins brisk walk.. totally avoided junk n oily foods.. snacks i am eating very less too.. coffee tea having only two sips as i cant avoid these.. having min 2 glass of water on empty stomach..
    I am sure i will accomplish my goal to fit in my very old n good clothes by next month end.. :thumbup:

    Okay ...I am back on he thread.
    Started SMs a few days back.
    18 SMs
    20 minutes Pranayam in the morning.
    7 minutes exercise followed by 30 minutes of walk in the evening.

    After a looong gap, i too resumed to the routine before two days.. doing 6 sets of surya namaskar with 45 minutes of walking.. feeling good..
