    AUG 24: Finished a burn body fat 2 miles home walking routine in 35 minutes.I used 1 kg dumbbells.

    AUG 24: Did 11 minutes floor session for Abdominals.A simple and a neat workout.

    I have mentioned my problem in one of post ,i have rather thin arms ,legs so people dont feel iam over weight but iam actually overweight. i was 5 '4 with 73.9 kilo now 68.5 kilo after 4.5 months of starting weight loss .i feel demotivated by collegues ,friends and family even when i was 70 plus none believed .so ,nobody encourages u for weight loss .i have to literally weigh infront of them to make them understand.so finally 4.5 months ago decided not to tell anybody and foll my weight loss journey alone .iam happy since i lost 5.5 kilo ,i feel my skin is much clear now and hair fall also less .but again none notices because all of them feel i was okay before also, now i have to literally make husband to see my changes ,finally he agrees with skin.but indirectly my mom and he thinks iam dieting to be sooooo thin,so try to feed me more:(.my target is 60-62 ,but all feels i will look anorexic then (head bang....)

    You should try toning workouts also .A toned body will take away the anorexic look.Alternate days of toning will work wonders.

    yes then thing is my weight is mostly conc on upper stomach etc ,but with correct type of attire it is hided well esp in skirt and top noone belives iam overweight.so ,i can only know that for apple type body that is huge advantage .the cons are nobody tells u to lose weight and so there is no motivation.but heath wise it is veryy bad .i have read if u have fat around ur butt,thighs etc it is not that bad but my area ,upper stomach is very bad for health,so i am now concentrating on tummy reduction so automatically weight is lowering.but for all i look the same.i am sucessfuylly doing it my tip for anybody facing my situation is be self motivated,then step climbing is very effective,never overdo crunches it can cause muscle stretch .
