    Aug 22, 2016:

    Bfast: 1 bowl of grapes & coffee
    Mid morning snack: Coffee
    Lunch: 1 bowl of rice with vathal kuzhambu and cabbage kootu
    Evening snack: 1 cup banana chips and coffee
    Dinner: 1 glass cold milk. I had severe stomach pain yesterday night and could not eat anything.

    Exercise: NONE. :( I was planning on going for a walk in the pm, but the stomach pain was so bad I could not go.

    I have been too lazy to post updates and its showing up on my weighing scale too.
    My current weight is 75.3 ... only 800 gms down from my starting point.
    But trying to work on it, is the main thing so will update my diet more regularly.

    One good thing is I have been trying to go for walks more regularly.

    @sangeetha1982 hope u have recovered from your stomach pain... Take care.

    BF: 2 dosa, sambar
    Lunch: 1 cup rice, sambar, veg stir fry
    dinner: 2 roti, veg curry
    Evening : Coffee

    Exercise: 2 km walk on treadmill

    Aug 24:

    BF: 2 dosa, sambar, tomato onion chutney,coffee
    lunch : 1 bowl rice, sambar, pickle,veg stirfry, avial
    evening: 1 cup coffee
    dinner: 2 roti , veg curry
    Exercise: 3 km walk on treadmill
    No junk today and yesterday:banana::banana::biggrin:

    Early morning: Coffee
    Bfast: 1 tiny cup pongal and 1 small cup coffee
    Lunch: 1 medium cup basmati rice with 1 cup of palak paneer
    Evening snack: 3 tooty fruity cake slices
    Dinner: 2 idlis with onion chutney and 1 tiny cup rice with cabbage kootu

    Exercise: Walked for 30 mins
    Water: 10 cups regular water, 2 cups hot water.

    Hello All,

    How is everyone doing?

    Yesterday was a very very bad day for me in terms of food intake. Too much junk. :BangHead::sob:. Hoping today ad the rest of the week will be better.

    Aug 24, 2016:

    Early morning: Coffee
    Bfast: 2 idlis + onion tomato chutney and Coffee
    Mid morning snack: -
    Lunch: 1 cup rice with thogaiyal and cabbage kottu
    Evening snack: 1 pack cheetos, 4 spring rolls and coffee :BangHead:
    Dinner: 1 cup rice with yogurt and pickle

    Exercise: 30 mins walk
    Water: 10 cups
