    i was definitely one of them for a very long time in India. guys used to give me who do u think u r looks when i go near weights. im glad it all changed...

    7 min * 5.5 mph + 5 min * 5.5 mph = 1.1 mile

    No more 5.2 mph for me...Have to get comfortable with 5.5 so that I can move to 6 in a couple of months..look forward to the day when I can do 1.5 miles in one go

    I saw a female the other day running at 7.5mph for 30 minutes on the treadmill..Kudos to people like that! Pure inspiration..

    I got a couple of miles in today. :banana::banana:I was aiming for three but I got really late and had to get back. I'm still glad I got out of the house and got the miles in!

    Lol..You and Srama run miles together atleast from what I know from the running club thread where I used to post in 2014..For me that's a guru from whom I can get tips on running:)

    Over the weekend, I was dragged by a friend through a cross country hike for 6 miles. Does that count as a run? Please let it. That makes it three runs for last week!

    This week is going good. I did a 3.5 miler yesterday and put in a couple of miles today before I had to leave. All indoor of course. Forget running, it's too hot to breathe outside.
