My journey through weight loss-ALL THE BEST TO MEEEEE!!!!

    BF 1 plum, Oats+raisins with 2 tsp sugar
    Snack 10 pistas + handful corn
    Lunch 2 dosai with milagaipodi
    Snack 1 pear + 5 dates
    Dinner 1 cup brown rice with rasam and broccoli
    8 cups water
    Workout plan: 100 jump rope, 1 hr walk after dinner

    bf: 4 slices of brown bread n jam & milk
    mid: coffee
    lunch: vangi bath & onion raitha
    eve: coffee & cornflakes chaat
    dinner : chappathi & beans subzi

    water: 3litres
    No walking today.

    BF: oats + raisins + 2sp sugar
    Snack: handful roasted corn+ 6 dates
    Lunch: 2 dosai + milgaipodi
    Snack: 1 bowl popcorn
    Dinner: 1 cup brown rice (or substitute with 2 dosai depends on my mood)+ spinach + sweetpotatoes

    Workout: 1 hr walk.

    So down today. Hope to bounce back.

    ur diet seems to be quite healthy..wats ur current weight? n wats ur aim for this month weight loss?

    mid: 1 dosa & coffee
    lunch : 1 butter naan & paneer tikka masala
    eve: coffee & papadi chaat
    dinner : kesari, arisi upma & coconut chutney

    water : 3 litres
    walking : 20 mins

    For the past few months, I try to eat healthy(of course occasional samosas and cake) due to some health issues. I am currently at 80.4kgs. Reduced lot of calories intake, but not able to lose weight. Even if I lose one or two kgs will gain again within a day. May be I have to increase my exercise routine. Stopping snacking is a very hard task for me. Plus leftover food which I dont like to waste is my villan. Goal is very hard buy keeping my finger crossed to see how much I can achieve.

    Your weight loss of 10 kg is amazing. You ladies are my inspriration

    Dinner: 1 cup rice + vatal Kuzambu + beans

    Workout: 1 hr walk + wall pushups 30

    Ate quite oily food in the weekend. Today being a fresh start of a new month, i am again excited and gonna begin with the journey again!! I always get excited during the 1st of every month/year and the excitement lasts for one week!!! Funny me :p :p
