Cardio and Strength Trainning - Alternate Days

    20/7 - thighs and abs
    21/7 - mid back and abs
    22/7- thighs and upper back

    Absolute rest on weekend. Recurring and recovering back pain... Very annoying....

    25/7- waist, thighs and ab work
    26/7 - thighs, abs and waist.
    Attended class 5 days last week. hoping to attend another 5 this week.

    i couldn't sleep for atleast 4 nights in a row last week. my back pain was pretty annoying and depressing and made my worst mood swings more worse. it feel like my pain is gone one day and then next day it'll handicap me tot[I]ally. i feel cursed sometimes:rage: [/I](sorry about the last few lines of ranting. I had vent it out)

    how many lbs for the raises?... just cant go beyond 5lbs here... i wonder if this workout is good for the flabbiness on upper arm that hangs when i put arms to the sides like i wanna hug someone. did i make sense?o_O. i have trouble toning that part. no amount of youtube workout will tone it out. its just a little but bothers me...do u have tips for that?

    I have pain in foot , knee , lower back , neck etc etc ... my list can go long but NO pain NO gain

    I dont know what kind of back pain u have .... I read about foam roller ( google or see on youtube ) ....I used a thick bottle ( that wont break with my weight ) and rolled my back on it , got relief from back pain that i had for years ... i get pain in between but rolling always does wonder to me

    Ps: i would advice to consult doctor before trying any of my done experiments ...

    I am using 10lbs dumbbells .Thats the only one i have so no other option , dont want to buy any other as its just waste of money

    Front n lateral raise are good to reduce mid back fat as that the one i m targeting now ...

    No idea of any workout that would have to reduce arm fat but i like this video from youtube , see if it helps u

    Ah that's me..I am adding upper back and hand also to my list.

    Thanks SGA, I am feeling better now. Yesterday and today just physio. Feeling dull due to cold and medication.
