@ divya - Aloo parathas always need some modifications when done at home. :grinning::grinning:

@ Akila - thanks dear. As my day starts at 4.30 , I don't compromise on 2 to 4 rest. I don't sleep but need to stretch my back

@ CB- Take care dear . These type of chaos keep happening in kitchen. Need to be careful.

Mine is a normal routine. Just added walking for the evening. For a smaller distance.

Hi CB, the mixie splattering happens to me often and it drives me crazy. It seems funny later, but at that time, it is not fun.

Today being aadi pooram I made maavikkuma today(for the first time!) and it turned out very well!!
Got up @6.30am and completed cooking within 7.45am.
Then cleaned pooja shelf, made kolams both in front of deity and vaasal and added kaavi to it.
Then chanted prayers and did neivedhyam. By that time it was 8:45am.
For the aarthi i woke my DS and did aarthi & namaskaram.
Then packed my lunch box and started to office @9.10am!!

I already feel the day is soo pleasant & I feel 'accomplished'!! :)
    Touchwood!!

    Hi friends,

Sorry for the short break, but was busy with work. My routine is almost set now. I started going to gym in our apartment club house every alternate day , I do around 3 KM in about 30 minutes. I feel so refreshed and contended. Today I made beans sambar for lunch, BF at office for me and DH and DD has chocos.
Tomm I am wfh and Friday and Tuesday I have taken off and we will be going to Pondicherry, this is our first trip after coming back from Germany, so excited.

I follow this thread regularly, and it's always been a great source of inspiration.. Please share the secret of how you enjoy your hectic days..when you have to squeeze in a coffee between a load of laundry..and multitask most of the day..each and every day..
I don't think Indian women have undisturbed me-time - not in the past, and looking at many posts here, not much now either..
How do you keep yourself buzzing happily ?

Bubbles - As your name says ladies generally are bubbling with energy 24 hours.

I believe in the funda - If you need time and want to go that extra mile - create time . Yess, we can keep doing work on and on and on. But we need to take a pause and need to know where to keep a full stop.

No one is going to say - You are looking tired and need to take rest. (Once in a while may be our loved ones)

As my day starts around 4.30 to 5, I see to that , I sit and enjoy my coffee for 10 minutes in my favourite place - baclony. come what may. Be little assertive here. (10 minutes is not a great deal. Though my kids have to leave at 6.45 for school.

    Me time
My walk in the morning and evening with my favourite songs in my phone.

I make it a point to read a book in the night before my sleep.

Any other of my hobby in the day time for an hour atleast.

Time is in your hands bubbles . You decide. U would have read my routine in my previous posts.

After my surgery - I have realized - Live this moment.

    Take care
