    Its double workout week in 21days fix workout . Having body pain due to workout but want to continue .NO pain No Gain

    BUsy Day yesterday . Switched laptop off n then remembered that i had to update here . I was too lazy n tried to switch it on again n update

    i have been working on my pushup form aswell. that's why i asked. yea i hope ill be able to do that deep full form soon.

    i was trying hard to catch up with new routine. i actually missed coming back to update my routine on this thread. whenever i update here i work more the next day. i totally wanna be regular with updating here.
