how to get rid of past life karma??

    Karma can be wiped out in the follwing ways viz...,,
    1. Through Vipassana meditation that can burn karma in just a few days
    2. Through complete surrender to Lord
    3. Through bhajans and satsangs and
    4. Chanting His name which the true saints or Rishis claim is the best means to attain anything including moksha for Kali Yuga
    5. Annadanam or offering food to the poor daily
    6. Raising the kundalini to sahasrara chakra

    All the above are recommended by not just ordinary men, but by great souls who are self-realised souls like Rishis.
    Try any one or all of these to burn the karmas.

    I learnt from Guru that through chanting mantra you can get rid of past life karma. It is the sense of I feeling that binds us to past life.

    My Guruji has also told similar things...chanting Ram Ram..reading Bhagvad Gita and helping poor and needy..
