Buddies Required!!! Lose a kg a month - 2016

    July 17- sun- nil workout
    July 18- Mon- PIYO SWEAT, 20 min total body weight training
    July 19- tue-30 min outdoor biking.

    Today's diet:
    Honey lemon ginger water
    Pancakes,tea
    Curd rice,okra
    Strawberry milk shake
    Tea
    Cauliflower soup, channa ,1 chapati

    Did 10 min + 30 min meditation
    Ate dinner by 8.30 pm
    Will try to shift dinner further earlier.
    Will try to meditate regularly.

    July 19th:

    Breakfast - Whole wheat bread with half spoon of jam, Tea with no sugar
    Lunch - Chapathi with panneer butter masala
    Snack - Green tea, 1 cup fruits, half adhirasam, almond milk and almonds
    Dinner - Dosa with kurma and chutneys, chukku coffee

    Walk - 30 mins

    July 20:

    BF - 2 chapathi with jaggery and ghee
    Snack - Green moong sprouts
    Lunch - 3 chapathi with peas/corn kurma
    Snack - Greentea, almonds, adhirasam, half marble loaf, Multigrain bar
    Dinner - semiya upma with cucumber raita and dal thuvaiyal
    Snack - Banana, chukku coffee

    Exercise - 30 mins walk/run

    Should really cut down on snacking..

    Following guided meditations atleast for 15 mins daily this week.

    7/21 - Nothing much except 20 min walk..

    No proper diet too because of Bbq party at work and Kabali in the evening.. :)

    I am back after monthly time...Only did 2k walks for 5 days:(

    07/23
    Exercise - 20 miles cycling outside
    Diet - Oatmeal+strawberries - morning
    Raw mango, tofu, brown rice - afternoon and night
    2 tea + 2 bourbon biscuits - snacks

    07/24
    Exercise - 1 hour Zumba class
    Diet - Oatmeal + strawberries - brunch
    dal+brown rice - afternoon
    salad - night
    2 Horlicks + 1 bourbon biscuit - snacks

    July 17 - treadmill walking 10 mins, 10 mins elliptical
    July 18 - arm exercise and treadmill walking 15 mins
    July 19 - elliptical 15 mins and treadmill 10 mins
    July 20 - cardio online and elliptical 10 mins
    July 21, 22, 23 - nil
    Bit tired and no mood to exercise..
    July 24 - outside walking 20 mins

    Dinner - Poha with onion/tomato chutney
    Almond/Date milk

    30 mins walk/15 mins cycling

    no workout and eating junks.. :mask:

    Exercise - 30 min cross trainer, 13 min treadmill (6 min run)
    Diet - Oatmeal + strawberries - morning
    Rava upma + carrots+parsnip+capsicum - afternoon
    fruit Salad - night
    2 tea - snack
