When You Hold My Hands....

    How can I tell how it feels when you hold my hands?

    Do I feel happy? Loved? Secured? Or everything rolled into one

    I do not know how to say it

    But I do know that

    It’s probably one of the best feelings that I have when we are together

    Every day I wait to see the smile in your eyes

    Wait to hear the words you don’t speak

    The thoughts that only I can read

    Wait to feel the warmth of your arms over my shoulders

    To be pulled closer to make me feel stronger

    It makes me feel I belong only to you….I am happy that I do!

    There are times that I do not see you often

    Times I do not see you at all

    For you are many miles away

    But I know that I can wait

    To see you again

    Just like the night that waits for the day

    Like the flower that waits for the rays of the sun

    I am waiting to see you again!

    Waiting does increase the love!
    Whoever said being close increase the love and affection, actually have to be away to realise how much love is exponentially increased!

    Nice poem !!..True,.sometimes we have to wait to see somethings or some persons for a while with patience but when that time comes we forget our pain heart fill with happiness....
