Cardio and Strength Trainning - Alternate Days

    I m doing intermedient Fasting... Google for different ways in which u can do it

    I do it this way
    Previous night dinner by 8pm .... Next day full day on water or green tea ... break my fast at 6:30pm with boiled eggs and dinner soup with lots of veggies .....I basically prefer eating protein rich food

    Didn't do cardio or other workout for 2 days and now the knee cramp is gone. Guess I pulled my muscle or something there while exercising. Yesterday did physio exercises for 1 hour (my hand pain is directly proportional to the time I spend in physio exercises).
