Heavy Hairfall after coming to Usa

I order it off of vitacost.com. They have so many products that when I do an order, I order assortment of stuff I use all the time in order to get free shipping. Alternately, you can check health food stores. I haven't been in a Kroger for a long time so I am not sure but you could check. (My order might be something like dish detergent, dryer sheets, dal or grains, eucalyptus oil, etc.)

I am facing the same problem as yours. Was there any effect of taking fish oil on your hair fall? I ve just started taking Fish oil and using drinking water for shampoo. How much time did it take if your hair fall came under control? Could you please suggest if any other remedy you did? like shampoo or conditioner.. currently am using Loreal anti break shampoo and Tresseme extra moisturiser conditioner.

 

Anehstar, I suggest Vit E oil. You should be able to buy from a health food store or amazon.com I read about it being great for hair growth see link:

Mainly its the water that's causing it but I would suggest you get your Thyroid levels checked by seeing your primary physician. Alternatively, use mild shampoo and conditioner for hair wash. Look for shampoos which says sulphate free, paraben free etc.
Note: check whole foods store, they have good mild shampoos.

I did check thyroid levels 6 months back and it came normal. So i too suspect water, but need to wait and see for 3-4 week since I just started using distilled water for washing hair.
Mild shampoo and conditioner-- Can you suggest few if you are aware of?

 

Glad your thyroid levels are OK, pity you couldn't find a good water filter.
