I am having a Presto non stick griddle from kohls from when on a sale for 19$ ( a toy and this one). It works amazing and makes my job easier in making 2 at a time. I use the same for all dosas, chapathis, cutlets and breads. I have not used metal laddles and scrubbers. Its been more than a year and looks new.
Hello Exploreusa, I am using Presto cool touch electric non stick griddle. I bought that from Kohl's for under $10 when on a sale. We can prepare 2 dosas at a time. I use the same for all dosas, omelets and breads. I'm using this from last 3-4 yrs and it is working great. I found some good iron griddle in walmart. You just have to use gingelli oil when it is hot and spread using a peice of onion or potato to prevent sticking. Dosa is coming out really well and tasty.
I got dosa griddle from Amazon and I love it. It is pre seasoned. Bit heavy but I get perfect dosa. Amazon.com: Lodge L9OG3 Pre-Seasoned Cast-Iron Round Griddle, 10.5-inch: Campfire Cookware: Kitchen & Dining
I love Lodge pre-seasoned dosa pan as well. We have been using it for a few months and so far I'm happy with the purchase. No more non-stick in our home. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...8GKDJ&linkId=56cf8e39f8a053c3ad4c439d98a01241 I also use their pre-seasoned skillet that I use for making curries: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...8GKDJ&linkId=c78ccc362b0b472836886f0db650ac75
