    This week [28th March - 3rd April]

    28th March - 80 minutes [ 60 minutes walk [3.50 miles] and 20 minutes strength training]
    29th March - 40 minutes walk [don't know the distance, forgot my phone at home]
    30th March - nil
    31st March- 45 minutes walk [2.6 miles, but this was an uphill walk, quite challenging]

    Done: 165 minutes
