    Hi SGA, How are you? how's is your health? glad you posted back soon. I took a break for a whole week and was planning to extend until you came back (i like to come up with excuses for not working out:tongueout:)
    Thanks to this thread and to you for being my workout buddy bcas my waist changed from 29 to 27 and my chest from 38 to 36:smile::smile::smile:
    My weight has not changed a bit though. my hips has the same HUGE circumference but looks less gross due to toned muscles.
    My problems:
    :disappointed:Ive lost fat from upper arm and abs and skin there has become loose. looks weird especially when i extend my arm to the side i see extra kind of skin on inside of upper arm:cry:
    :disappointed:My back pain has not resolved yet
    :disappointed:my toned muscles become flabby within 3 days. all hardwork goes to normal if i relax a bit for few days.

    treadmill : 9 incline 3mph for 20 minutes
    squats : 15
    plank : 1 minute
    static stretching 10min
    I'm coming up with new body goals and diet plan for April. thanks sga for reminding me the goals.
