    1 cup black coffee
    Snake gourd kootu + few pieces potato fry
    1 big bowl of watermelon
    1 big bowl of boiled chick peas
    2 boiled eggs

    Exercise :

    15 mins brisk walk

    yes i tried GM diet and lost 5 kgs. i am very happy to say this. i am going to do this again after a month. it is not at all difficult to follow. i never felt bad on any point of time in my diet.

    1 bowl sambar rice

    1 cup green tea


    Exercise :

    5 km walk

    Water : 4 litres

    Fenugreek in empty stomach

    1 cup black coffee w/o sugar

    1 banana

    1 bowl chicken chukka fry

    1 bowl raw plantain poriyal

    1 cup black tea w/o sugar

    1 cup musk melon

    5 slices whole wheat bread

    2 slices cheese

    Exercise :

    30 mins of walking

    Water Intake - 4.5 lts

    great to see ur developemnts @Miracle1000 and @chillbreeze and @nithyapry :) :): )
    my weekend was also out of my hands! no diet,etc. but i saw few exercise videos in youtube and im thinking of starting them from tmrw!!! i seriously widh i shud be able to start atleast this from tmrw!! wish me luck!!!!!!!!!!!!:) :)

    my March month challenge is to reduce 1/2 kgs!!

    I wish to become 72/73kgs by the end of March !!!so i will name it as March challenge#1!!!!!! :) :) :)

    1 small bowl curd rice

    1 big bowl broad beans stir fry

    1 cup green tea

    1 cup musk melon

    4 slices whole wheat bread

    3 eggs omelette

    1 glass detox water

    Exercise - 30 mins walking

    Water Intake - 4 lts
