Thank you. It felt good that my son was officially undiagnosed by the specialist. No matter how normal my son acts, talks, and think this past year, his past teachers always asked me about the specialist's diagnosis on him, which I find a bit offending/insulting back then.
Positron of the day: Starting cooking at home after several failed attempts to restrain my binge dining. (Tutty posing for a selfie) (kitchen is a mess, had to shield)
Day 68 : :biggrin2: I report here with a big grin! Yes for the first time I really experienced a runners high. Loved it and working on not getting addicted to it
Day 78: Had a good day. Late at night, after brushing my teeth, felt the sweet tooth tingle. Pulled out a tray of Trader Joe's mini pies, baked 'em and ate half of them. Didn't feel guilty at all! Only delicious satisfaction! :biggrin2:
Day 79: Oil massages for the kiddos, followed by a bubble bath. Older one cribs, little one enjoys them. I like giving them. Remind me of my own mother who did it every weekend without fail until we let her. I hope someday they are grateful that I took the time.

Hey very nice thread! Let me start TODAY!! Cleaned the home!! Listened to some of my favourite songs! Got so much positive energy after seeing this thread! Generally I think the saying "Idhuvum kadanthu pogum" when I am upset
I woke up very early at 5 a.m. today and had shower. I had breakfast early and started Ayurvedic medicine that I am supposed to take for 45 days. Hopefully, this would help me to keep fit. Things are really looking up on the business front and I am enjoying waking up out of my bed and work diligently. For me, it is always how I feel that matters most than the actual outcome. I am now turning my attention to health. Viswa
