    no treadmill today as i had to come early

    evening also i will have puja preps and no time to exxercise. tomorrow will have high cal food.

    I might need to start a fresh from saturday again.

    yesterday schedule was 25 min treadmill
    15 min walk

    oats with milk and little jaggery as bf
    khichidi for lunch
    curd rice and cabbage curry for dinner
    snacks a bun .

    Today

    khichidi for bf
    brinjal curry with cooked wheat ravva

    morn: vegetable juice
    bf: egg avocado roll
    sn: banana and apple
    ln: rice with lots of vegetables
    sn: biscuit
    dn: peanut salad with tomato juice
    exercise: 25mins of workout

    Hi Friends.....Sorry for not updating these 4 days...I did not follow this diet during ganesh pooja and all... Today I checked my weight and I gained 1.8 kgs in 4 days because of sweets and all...again I start from today and will update daily....:thumbsup

    this week again a good start. lost all my festive weight and back to the deal

    total 4 kgs lost in 2 months so iam okay for now

    yesterday i could fit into the fav kurtis at mall and could choose as per design not like this is me fitting me well which is like first success.

    though weight loss is less iam like bit compressed and people started noticing well, which is a big motivational factor.
