    loosing 500 is a day is not good.

    Eating 6 eggs per day also not recommended.If you could loose 1lb per week,that's good weight loss and you may able to maintain it in long run.

    If you eat eggs like that, you won't eggs for rest of your life.

    Add more vegetables like salad and protein like chicken or fish to your diet and reduce carbs then definitely you would see weight loss and also good exercise everyday. I'm sure you know all the stuff.

    1 masala dosa
    1 cup rice + tinda curry
    1 apple
    1 chapati + torai
    30 min morning walk
    30 min walk after dinner
    1 cup hot bed time milk

    Hi Friends...Yesterday I didn't follow this diet. I ate everything( My Favorite Biriyani and all )...In this week I lose 2.4 kgs...Feeling soo happy....:)
