My Weight Loss Journey - Next Innings..

    Actually am just experimenting with myself. I tried finishing my dinner by 6'o clock and sleeing with fruit and milk. But it did not work much for me. My body really behaves differently and i am just going with the flow. And i feel i lose weight when i have dinner. :bonk

    July 13 Update :

    Empty Stom - methi water
    10.30 am - 2 glass smoothie (1 beet, 1 apple, 1 plum, 1 lauki, 1 cucumber, handful of mint leaves)
    1.00 pm - 1 kiwi
    1.30 pm - 1 glass detox water
    3.00 pm - Small bowl lime rice + lil potato fry
    8.00 pm - small bowl briyani + 3 pcs chicken 65
    10.00 pm - 2 glass detox water

    Exer - Danced for 30 mins

    Friends try to post your starting weight and current weight in some format and try to update your weight on every monday. Will Monday be okay for you all guys? I thought if we have to post our weight on Monday we will be cautious on weekend food habits. Let me know your concerns.

    Empty stomach - methi water
    Bf - 4 phulkas + cluster beans sabzi
    Sn - 1 glass detox water
    Ln - 2 cookies
    Eve - 1 green tea
    Sn - 3 dates
    Dn - 5 idlis + ridge gourd thogayal

    Exer - 30 mins walking

    Flutter as iam finishing my fasting next week i have loads of catch up with my frds so i will not be dieting properly but will continue the 1 hr exercise will update from Monday 20th as iam trying eat clean for 35 days ....

    Not sure about the weight as i am in premenstural period so dont want to weigh myself as they is so much water retention in my body at the moment will be alright from 27th July for 35 days plan .. sorry typo it is not 20th Monday it is 27th Monday
