Challenge 1 Week 1 June

    I would like to join the challenge too. I have to lose about 12 kgs. I have done few challenges in the past but end up giving up after few days. I also work in the bank and mostly have to sit all day.

    i truly needs lots of motivation specially on weekends. I am feeling committed this time. Thanks- Harpreet

    I am in for this.. did bit of running and walking ..contolled my portion size during weekend

    good thing is I am controlling my sweet craving in the night time. Yesterday night my husband had fulada but I didn't take a bite. I didnt even regret it, i was happy that I controlled myself...

    looking forward to these kind of small achievements

    I would love to join this group.
    Am 83 kg and I have to lose weight and see me on 70 series.

    I lost some kgs few months back and now after vacation, I gained again.
    Looking for motivations. Lets do it gals! :)

    Ysday update :
    Breakky : salmon benedict roll
    Lunch : Lamb Briyani with raita
    Dinner : grilled chicken wrap
    Sweet : 3 pieces of gulab jamun ( very very bad )

    Exercise :
    60 mins walking
    20 mins treadmill running
    10 mins abs exercise (*** punishment for my gulab jamun )

    1 Mango shake
    Potato + cucumber raita
    some sweets...:((
    3 chapati + baigan ki sabji

    2.5 ltr water
    50 mins walk

    Hi,

    Water - 2.5Lt

    Breakfast - ragi dosai, sambar
    Lunch - egg noodles, bitter gourd subzi, cabbage
    Dinner - millet poridge with green moong sundal
    morning snack - coffee
    evening snack - tea, rusk, bread halwa 2 spoons ;(

    Workout
    walking - 50 mins

    Finished dinner before 2 and half hours to sleep.
