    I am feeling it somewhat awkward that I am your Male member (age 70).
    Well, I am an Ayurveda Body & Panchkarma Therapist with my own & independent clinic at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
    My Clientele here comprises of ladies from all age groups, apart from my male clients. The most important role of a woman in a home is that she can always create an atmosphere of Good Health - by introducing a healthy diet according to Ayurveda Science: We call it 'Paththyakar' (पथ्यकर).
    In this context, I request IL members to share their ideas & recipes.
