What short term course to peruse in USA to get a job?

Hello Ladies,
can anyone plz suggest what course I should do in order to get a job in the USA.i was working as a web developer but due to long gap of 5 year in my career I don't think I can get a job in that field.so want to start afresh.

if you are interested, you can work in schools in clerical area like admin. If you are a professional, had work experience then you can have that experience get some initial training and then work.
