    when you say Carb free what does that mean does it means low carbs? I am also looking for indian recipes.. One thing is greek yogurt with fresh fruits has low carbs.
    Salads have low carbs ... but Indian I know they are hard to find..

    Here are a few ideas I have come across.
    Carrot, beetroot or zucchini cut into noodles or spaghetti using vegetable slicer.
    Cucumber or tomato slices used as a base instead of canape shells or bread.
    Cauliflower or any other vegetable rosti used as pizza base.
    Banana or apple or pear-peanut butter or nutella sandwich made with banana or apple or pear slices instead of bread.Strawberry or kiwi-cream cheese or nutella sandwich.
    Similarly carrot,cucumber,tomato,boiled beetroot slices too can be used to make sandwiches with hummus or cream cheese or any spread of your choice or in the form of veggie sticks with dip.
    Grilled chicken with veggies
    Boiled eggs with salad and nuts

    Hi Friends

    Nothing is CARBS free recipie only one thing in the world is CARB free -- Water ...

    For health reason you should consider eating low carb and high protein food .... I am studying food as a medicine only now i understand this concept so iam writing it here

    I can shed some low carb recipies indian food purely to you all :

    My version of Spinach Garlic Curry :

    1. Onions - 1/2
    2. Garlic - 1 whole garlic
    3. Spinach - 300 gms
    4. Oil - 1 tsp
    5. Mustard - 1/4 tsp


    Heat the pan and add the oil once oil is hot add the mustard let it splutter and add the sliced onion once it becomes translucent add garlic (sliced into small cubes ) once these two mix it will look like buttery texture now add the chopped spinach and cover it for 8-10 mins once it is cooked remove it from flame..

    My version of Cauliflower rice : (very nice )
    1. I head cauliflower ( scrap it like a desiccated coconut texture ... either use food processor r just use your carrot scrapper to make it )
    2. Chicken stock (for vegan just use veggie stock ) --- home made plz
    3. Salt or tamari sauce
    4. Cumin - good for digestion and weight loss
    5. 2 whole fennel seeds for flavour
    6. Turmeric
    7. Oil - 1 tsp


    Wash your cauliflower heads before scrapping very important and dont add water or cook them before scrapping it .

    >Heat a flat and hollow pan ..
    > pour the oil let it smoke now add the cumin and fennel seeds ... lower the flame to minimum
    > Add the cauliflower scrapping and cover the lid ... once you see droplets in the lid switch off the flames
    > serve the rice with dash of lime and clinatro or coriander leaves for more flavour if u like more spicy add fresh red chilly (soak the chily in apple cider vinegar before adding them if you adding this chilly dont add lime )


    You have rice +spinach curry for lunch

    Tiffin ideas:

    My version of Pancakes :
    1. 1 cup of coconut flour
    2. Almond milk - as required
    3. Honey - 1/2 tsp
    4. coconut oil or almond butter

    Mix all the ingredients (if u r not vegan Add 1 egg ) except the oil/butter use them to cook the pancakes and pour in the pan .... yummiest pancake ready no carbs .... and cooconut been a good fat you will no time reduce your tummy waist line ... Ever since i have introduced coconut in my life ... my skin is dry free and glowing and healthy nails and hair .... I have give another three months to see my waistline effect !!!

    Dinner :
    One pot veggies protein soup :
    add any veggies (except starchy veggies like potatoes ...)
    1 tsp oil
    Onion - 1
    garlic - 1 full
    Ginger - 1/2 tsp paste
    Spices - ur wish
    Chilly - for spicy mouth optional

    Heat the hollow pan and add the oil -- add the onions fry it for 5 mins and now add garlic and ginger paste .. let is cook for 3-4 mins ... once cooked add the veggies and boiling water and salt to the pot .. simmer the pot for 30-45 mins ...
    after 45 mins skim the top layer and drink the rest ...
