Our new house construction & renovation will be ending somewhere mid April. We intend to perform kiragha piravasem and shift the soonest maybe in the month of Chittirai...

But, since young I noted we don't perform any subha karyam during month of Margazhi, Chittirai and Adi..Any reason behind this practice?

According to Vasthu dates, shifting in Chittirai is auspicious..I am a bit confused over this also.....

Please advice if we can shift during Chittirai..If yes, pls also advice few dates from mid April till end May 2015.

I am in US now. I did scan here. But i had my first delivery in India. She was my family doctor. She told the gender in the 6th month. It depends on the hospital and the doctor.
