    I wonder why there is no change in weight though I've lost a considerable amount of inches. May be I am not doing intense workouts and limited my exercises to 30 - 45 mins Yoga.

    Update for 10.12.2014

    EM: Water
    Breakfast: 4 idlis with tomato chutney
    MM: Green tea
    Lunch: Rice with vatha kuzhambu + sauted Red cabbage + curd with Sugar
    MA: Blueberry + dates + Green tea
    Evening: Urad dal vada + sweetened puffed rice + Coffee
    Dinner: 2 dosa with Vatha kuzhambu

    Water: 3.0 litres
    Exercise: 30 mins (Yoga)

    Congrats Sri,nebulas and deshichick!
    had been out yesterday and today..outside food..includes junk..
    not any of the challenges met!
    its only Thursday and Iam in weekend mode :(
    yesterday managed to do gym though
    anyways my body needs to manage this too ;)

    I am raising a carb free/low carb challenge for all the remaining days with no outdoor foods or parties.
    No other challenges for me to save myself this 20 days.

    Day 1-dec 10-wed:
    Carb free challenge- done.

    Diet- honey lemon ginger water,apple peanut butter
    Tea with milk
    Soup with lots of veg,black bean Pattie,yogurt
    Tea with milk
    Orange juice
    Papaya,edamame fresh and lightly salted,cashews.

    Exercise-
    30 mins treadmill,30 mins elliptical,10 mins bike.

    Over all,super good day.

    Took complete rest at home ,did not cook much.
