Buddies Required! November and December- 2014-Working towards New Year Goal!

    Food :
    Morning:2 egg omelette ,2sweet potato,coffee with skimmed milk and sugar
    Lunch: 1sweet potato,1dosa,fish curry,1.5 cups sauted cauliflower
    evening: peanut butter
    Dinner: fruits
    Workout: treadmill ,elliptical
    Water intake : 2 litres




    Challenges :
    1. No junk - not done had loads of peanut butter
    2. Early and light dinner - done
    3. Workout 5/7 for a minimum of 30 minutes - yes 1/7
    4. Do not over eat - done
    5. Minimum of 3 litres of water a day - not done

    4. Reduce rice to half of original quantity for lunch. -not done

    My current weight is 61. Seem to have reduced 200gms. Feeling tired with flu and not doing any workouts. Now all I can think about is to get through winter without too much of health issues. But it would be great if I can reduce 1 kg by new year. Will follow diet and exercise if possible.

    Yesterday's menu:
    Bf - 3 Idli with sambar
    Lunch - Rice, dhal, mutton curry
    Evening - Tea, chips
    Dinner - 2 ragi dosa, 1/2 cup chicken soup

    I can see friends are working hard to new year goal...good luck dears.

    I fell sick ,and the symptoms have been getting worse. I think I end up with respiratory infections...going to the doctors office today.

    sundal, oatmeal withmilk,almonds and raisins
    cucumber
    salad, mint rice,papaya
    sukku coffee
    tea,boondhi
    rava idly,sambar


    challenges:
    count calories-done
    diet under calorielimit-done
    (ate a lot,burned alot,over all able to save 400 calories )
    exercise- 1/7 days done-30 mins walking ,65 mins treadmill


    points-0.75( because ofjunk and carb food at night)

    Lunch: 3 pieces of sweet potato,2egg omelette,1/2 cup bitter gourd poriyal
    Evening: 1 mug hot milo
    Dinner: Murtabak,fish fry,lentils,pumpkin,1popsicle,peanut butter
    Workout: nil
    Water intake : 3 litres
